Pre-season training begins on Tuesday, 1 August. Athletes must submit forms (available on the right margin) before participating.
XC pre-season training includes two sessions each weekday. The morning session begins at 8:00am and the afternoon session begins at 5:00pm. Each session typically last between 90 minutes to two hours. The objective of this intense training is to build a stamina and strength base for the challenging season ahead.

for cross country.
Top seven runners of each gender make respective varsity teams.
All other athletes participate as junior varsity runners.
Teams are formed based on performance throughout the season.
